The party kicks off early at the Pelham on Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoy live acoustic music starting around 6 pm during our $8 beer and burger happy hour (show this coupon on your phone) and then stick around for the main act at 10. For a change of scenery check out the Pelham’s Bayou bar where you’ll find a DJ and dancing or head to our top floor venue Studio 3 for Dueling Pianos and more DJ and dancing action in our upscale nightclub. On this evening The Blue Light Bandits will be on the main stage performing top 40 covers and throwbacks with the emphasis always being on packing the dance floor with songs you can kick it to.

Here at Pelham, we are constantly striving to keep our entertainment fresh and original. These guys are what we believe to be the new twist on the cover band scene. With a super versatile set list, the emphasis is on modern dance music with a really full and energetic edge that’ll keep people dancing. While they still do a few throw back classics you might expect to here from any cover band performance, don’t be surprised to hear some new top40 chart toppers that just hit the radio waves that day. These guys are cutting edge and you’re going to love their sound!
The Blue Light Bandits are a four piece groove band from New England serving a smooth combination of rock, pop, and R&B. BLB recently won the “Best Up & Coming Act” at the 2016 Worcester Music Awards and shared the stage with New Politics on their latest college tour. BLB was also nominated for “New Act of the Year” for the 2015 New England Music Award’s, after winning the Last Band Standing Competition for Rhode Island in 2015. Their music has been featured on CMJ, Hot Indie News, and aired on WXRV, Boston’s Independent Radio.
The foursome came together in May of 2015 and embarked on a series of small tours that summer. The most notable shows included performances at Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyard’s Alex & Ani Summer Music Series, a sold out show at Westport Rivers Winery’s Sunset Music Series, and a headline performance at the Black Potatoe Music Festival in Clinton, NJ.
Thanks to Converse RubberTracks, Blue Light Bandits was given complimentary studio time at Q Division Studios in Somerville, MA and released their first single in February of 2016 as a result of the project. BLB is gearing up for another busy summer of regional touring, along with the completion of their first full length LP.

DJ Abby Duren is best known for her versatility with both creating and playing multiple genres of music. In addition to Top 40’s and main room dance music, she also spins Hip Hop and performs regularly at Belle Reve (NYC), Revel (Boston) and The Spot Underground (PVD). Abby works with brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Sephora, Armani, and Glamour Magazine, and has most recently performed for the Pepsi Sound Lab and The Boston Bruins Winter Classic at Gillette Stadium.
DJ Kariim was raised outside Manhattan, and spent the early portion of his career in the city’s club and dance nightlife scene. Though he recently left the city to tour internationally during the winter months he’ll be returning to Newport this season for select Friday and Saturday nights at One Pelham East and Studio 3.
