The party kicks off early at the Pelham on Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoy live acoustic music starting around 6 pm during our $8 beer and burger happy hour (show this coupon on your phone) and then stick around for the main act at 10. For a change of scenery check out the Pelham’s Bayou bar where you’ll find a DJ and dancing or head to our top floor venue Studio 3 for Dueling Pianos and more DJ and dancing action in our upscale nightclub. (Seasonal – see our Dueling Piano page and Nightclub page for dates and more info).
On this evening Hit Play will be on the main stage performing top 40 covers and throwbacks with the emphasis always being on packing the dance floor with songs you can kick it to.
Read more about this band below.
Lead singer Ryan McHugh started his music career fresh out of high school and continued his education at Berklee. Ryan plays guitar, bass and keyboards. Being the talent that he is… He was once a member of the band “Draw the Line”, which is the only Aerosmith cover band that is endorsed by Aerosmith. He toured the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico with that band. Ryan has also been credited on Sopranos Season 5 with his rendition of Bob Dylan’s “Tambourine Man”.
Singing along side Ryan is the multi-talenented singer/songwriter Jillian Chamberlin. Jillian graduated from Berklee College of Music and dove right into Boston’s rich music scene playing in bands such as Good Will and Them Apples, The Silver Arrow Band and the Big City Band. In just one performance you may see her play the piano, the fiddle and guitar all while singing spot on covers from Rihanna to Madonna.
